IP Litigation North America 2026

We’re excited to share the launch of IP Litigation North America 2026, a flagship event coming to Boston in September 2026, and we’re proud to be participating as a Solutions Partner and exhibitor.

Building on the strong foundations of Pharma & Biotech Patent Litigation North America and Trade Secrets Legal Protection, this expanded event brings together three dedicated tracks under one roof: Trade Secrets, Technology Patent Litigation, and Pharmaceutical & Biotech Patent Litigation. The result is a comprehensive, cross-sector forum designed to tackle the most pressing and complex IP litigation challenges facing North America’s fastest-evolving industries.

IP Litigation North America 2026 will welcome more than 500 attendees, including over 250 in-house counsel, alongside leading litigators, IP strategists, and subject-matter experts from across life sciences, technology, manufacturing, and beyond. The event is designed as a true meeting place for the IP litigation community, combining practical insight, peer-to-peer learning, and meaningful connection.

The agenda kicks off on Monday, September 14, with the cross-sector Trade Secrets Legal Protection programme, continuing into Tuesday. The Pharma & Biotech Patent Litigation and the newly launched Tech & Innovation Patent Litigation tracks will run in parallel on Tuesday and Wednesday, September 15–16, enabling attendees to dive deep into their specialty while also gaining exposure to adjacent sectors and shared challenges.
